Outlook search non working properly and keeps reset indexing

Dears,
i accept couple of computers in my environment with the aforementioned search effect, when a user search information technology returns some of the old Emails and didn't retrieve latest Emails.
likewise the search indexes keeps reset and re index all the time.

Hi,
we had a similar problem with Office 2010 - turns out, that the index is not working correct if the cache fashion is off.

What'southward the account type? Exchange, POP or IMAP?
For Exchange account, practise you have cached Commutation mode enabled?
This consequence normally is related with data files abuse. Please try repairing Outlook information files to run across the results.

Nosotros could restart the Windows Search from the Windows services. Follow the steps:
1. Click on First ->All Programs.
2. Become to Accessories -> Click on RUN.
3. Type services.msc -> Click OK.
4. Double-click on the Windows Search cardinal.
v. In the General tab, -> go to Startup Type.
6. Set the value to Disabled -> Click Stop to disable the services.
7. Click OK and utilise the settings.
Follow the aforementioned steps given higher up and prepare the value to Automatic and Get-go the Windows Search service.

Hi,
Sometimes Outlook search fails due to trouble in Outlook Data File (OST/PST). Please repair your Outlook data file with ScanPST.exe.

Dear All,
many thank you for all the replies, we have this effect on couple of computers "Windows 10 2022 LTSB" & office 2022 nosotros too tried repairing function and installing new copy of windows 10 and role 2022 with no luck.
we have tried all the above mentioned solutions but sadly issue reappear and the client outlook keeps re indexing, i thinks this might be happening because of an update. not sure.

What's the detailed version of Function and Windows?
What'southward the business relationship blazon? Exchange, Popular or IMAP?
For Exchange business relationship, practice you have buried Substitution mode enabled?
As far equally I know, recently, at that place are some known issues regarding instant searching. Please refer to the following links to see if this is the case for you.
No search results for POP, IMAP, or Exchange accounts
